Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoBikri, an AI sales-assistant platform for businesses in Bangladesh, operated by Auto Bikri, a sole proprietorship registered in Bangladesh ("AutoBikri", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AutoBikri lets you connect messaging channels (such as WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger), reply to customers with an AI assistant, and manage products, orders, and reports. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use AutoBikri for spam, fraud, or unlawful goods or messaging.
• Comply with the rules of any third-party channel you connect, including Meta's WhatsApp Business and Messenger policies and messaging-window rules.
• Obtain any consent required to message your customers under applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

New accounts start on a free trial of the Starter plan: 3 days from the AI's first reply to a customer — or 14 days after the first sign-in, whichever comes first. Paid plans are billed in BDT; you pay online through our payment partner EPS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card), or by bKash Send Money with the transaction ID, which our team verifies. AI features consume credits per your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Monthly credits and the daily limit

Each plan has monthly credits and a daily limit: Starter 5,000 credits a month and up to 250 a day, Basic 10,000 and 500, Pro 25,000 and 1,250. An AI reply usually uses 5 credits — fewer for a short one, more in a long chat. The daily limit starts again every day at 12 AM (Bangladesh time). Past the daily limit, the AI keeps going on top-up credits if you have them, up to twice the limit that day. Without top-up, the AI doesn't reply until 12 AM; customers get no message, and you can reply from the Inbox.

প্রতিটি প্ল্যানে মাসের ক্রেডিট আর দিনের সীমা আছে: Starter মাসে 5,000 ক্রেডিট, দিনে সর্বোচ্চ 250; Basic 10,000 ও 500; Pro 25,000 ও 1,250। প্রতিটি AI উত্তরে সাধারণত 5 ক্রেডিট লাগে — ছোট উত্তরে কম, লম্বা চ্যাটে বেশি। দিনের সীমা প্রতিদিন রাত 12টায় (বাংলাদেশ সময়) নতুন করে শুরু হয়। সীমা শেষ হলে টপ-আপ থাকলে AI চলতে থাকে, সেদিন সীমার দ্বিগুণ পর্যন্ত। টপ-আপ না থাকলে রাত 12টা পর্যন্ত AI উত্তর দেয় না; কাস্টমার কোনো মেসেজ পান না, আপনি Inbox থেকে উত্তর দিতে পারেন।

Top-ups

Top-up: 1,000 credits for 500 taka (≈ 200 replies). Plan credits are used first, then top-up. Unused top-up lasts 90 days from purchase.

টপ-আপ: 1,000 ক্রেডিট 500 টাকা (≈ 200টি উত্তর)। আগে প্ল্যানের ক্রেডিট খরচ হয়, তারপর টপ-আপ। না খরচ হওয়া টপ-আপ কেনার পর 90 দিন থাকে।

Annual plans

Pay for a year and save 12%: Starter 15,840 taka, Basic 31,680 taka, Pro 63,360 taka. The 12 months are paid at once. If AI costs rise we may change the credit amount, with notice.

বছরে একবারে দিলে 12% কম: Starter 15,840 টাকা, Basic 31,680 টাকা, Pro 63,360 টাকা — 12 মাসের টাকা একসাথে। AI খরচ বাড়লে আমরা ক্রেডিটের পরিমাণ বদলাতে পারি — আগে জানিয়ে দেব।

5. AI-generated content

The assistant generates replies automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for the messages sent from your channels and for any orders, prices, and commitments made. Review AI behavior and your knowledge base accordingly.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your business data and customer content. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Intellectual property

AutoBikri, its software, and branding are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AutoBikri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
